By article on “The influence of 100 percent real orange juice products to recognize the Benefits, Naturalness, and reliability” is a quasi-experimental study. The conditions for 100 percent real orange juice were created into three categories: (1) freshly squeezed 100 percent real orange juice (2) bottled pasteurized factory (3) added vitamins. The results of the study showed that the respondents perceived the benefits of 100 percent pure orange juice in fresh-squeezed juice significantly than the factory pasteurized bottled type. In addition, the respondents had a statistically significant perceived naturalization of 100 percent pure orange juice compared to bottled, factory pasteurized and vitamin added. However, the respondents perceived the reliability of 100 percent of each type of orange juice did not differ significantly. And from the study results show that the freshly squeezed production model has advantages in terms of benefits and naturalness.  Because consumers see that fresh homemade produce (Homemade) or traditional production (Traditional Production) through a minimal process and the least flavoring is very important to the benefits and naturalness. As for the pasteurized production from the factory, the final disadvantage was both perceived benefits and naturalness. And even with a high standard of production, the perception of consumer trust is no different.
