• Deadline for submitting article and registration	june 30, 2012
• Notification of acceptance	August 30, 2012.
• Presenters make payment	August 30, 2012.
• Submission of final revised article	September 30, 2012.
• Deadline for registration and payment. (For those who are not presenting)	October 31, 2012.
